We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing caregiving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen caregiver applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring leadership
- Conduct field recruiting by visiting community locations, schools, training programs, and partner organizations to actively recruit caregivers
- Represent Georgina Home Care at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach events
- Collaborate with the Client Care team to match caregivers with appropriate clients based on skills, experience, and compatibility
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance steps are completed
- Develop, maintain, and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure caregivers complete all required training, certifications, and clearances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting and onboarding records
- Serve as a point of contact for caregivers throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support (home care or healthcare experience preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for field recruiting and job fairs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and basic HR software
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for supporting caregivers and contributing to quality client care
