Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) + Potential Job Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments in Fairfax and surrounding NOVA areas.
- Assist patients with limited mobility (wheelchair bound) in and out of the vehicle.
- Ensure all passengers and wheelchairs are properly secured according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
- Conduct pre- and post- vehicle checklists.
- Use company GPS/dispatch app to track and complete trips efficiently.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years).
- Age: Must be at least 25 years old.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Experience: NEMT / CDL / EMT / Uber & Lyft experience preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Capable lifting, pushing, and pulling (assisting clients).
