Job Overview
Demolition Dent is seeking driven and outgoing Hail Damage Sales Representatives to join our growing team during OKC busiest hail season. Our weekly commission structure rewards top performers and resets every Monday, giving you a fresh chance every week to maximize your income.
Compensation Commission Only
Weekly Commission Tiers:
- 1–3 vehicles: 12.5%
- 4–6 vehicles: 15%
- 7–9 vehicles: 18%
- 10+ vehicles: 22%
The commission percentage applies to every vehicle you bring in that week.
Responsibilities
Generate new hail damage repair customers, educate customers on the repair process, schedule inspections and repairs, build referrals, meet weekly sales goals, and represent Demolition Dent
professionally.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, reliable transportation, ability to work independently.
Sales experience preferred.
