Baseball & Softball Instructor — Elevate Northwest
Locations: Woodinville & Redmond, WA (baseball) | Lynnwood, WA (softball) Type: Part-time and full-time positions available
About Us
Elevate Northwest is dedicated to developing youth baseball and fastpitch softball players across the Puget Sound region. We operate year-round training facilities — baseball in Woodinville and Redmond, and fastpitch softball in Lynnwood — offering private instruction, small group lessons, team training, camps, and clinics, plus a dedicated strength and performance gym supporting our athletes' long-term development.
The Role
We're looking for instructors who love teaching the game and know how to connect with young athletes. You'll work with players ranging from beginners to competitive travel-level athletes, delivering instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, and/or catching. Baseball instructors work out of our Woodinville and Redmond facilities; softball instructors work out of Lynnwood.
What You'll Do

- Support team training sessions and seasonal camps/clinics
- Communicate clearly with players and families about progress and development goals
- Follow and contribute to Elevate's training curriculum and player development standards
- Maintain a safe, positive, high-energy training environment
- Track session notes and player check-ins through our scheduling system
