Overview:
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role working in office alongside an awesome set of teammates. In this role, you’ll assist with inbound/outbound mail and documentation while offering support to clients via phone and email.
This position will initially be based in our Nashua, NH office.

What you’ll do:
In a typical day, you’ll support the processing, forwarding, and recording of incoming and outgoing mail on behalf of clients’ companies, including service of process and official client mail. You’ll help clients navigate the complexities of business formation and registered agent service by problem-solving, submitting, and following up on a variety of business filings with the Secretary of State, all while offering top-notch customer service to our clients and internal teams.
Starting Wage:
$18.50/hour base + $2/hour in-office pay increase (the in-office stipend may change if your work arrangement changes)
This position is coded as “Office Only” which requires daily in-office attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, process, open, sort, scan, and track inbound mail and Service of Process
- Process, ship, and track outbound mail
- Retrieve and upload required or missing client account information or documentation into company software
- Keep client files up to date by consistently recording client interactions and documentation
- Manage and submit state filings within set timelines
- Process check requests and mail/track paper filings to state and federal offices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams when problems arise or help is needed
- Answer inbound client inquiries over the phone and via email; educate clients on corporate filing requirements, registered agent service, and other services
- Learn and retain knowledge on document processing guidelines, filing-specific requirements, and company services
- Meet position metrics for mail processing, filings, and client support with no or minimal errors
- As part of a small office team, identify and drive process improvements and pitch in with daily tasks, from opening/closing the building to ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills; clear and concise communicator
- Strong computer skills; comfortable with online research and troubleshooting
- Eager to learn about our business and help solve client problems
- Available to work onsite daily
