Job Summary
Teal Labs is a Missouri cannabis manufacturer and dispensary operator. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Manager that can help manage all aspects of marketing and advertising for our Missouri Cannabis brands. Teal Labs Marketing Manager is a fast pace job that requires attention to detail and willingness to travel within Missouri to different industry events and gettogethers.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Design dielines for new brands, products, and packaging with the help of a marketing firm.
- Review monthly social media content and revise as needed.
- Create product descriptions for online menus and social media content.
- Maintain overall project planning calendar and master timeline for marketing, including key events, milestones and deliverables.
- Assist Account Managers and Brand Ambassadors with event and marketing needs.
- Manage marketing/advertising projects from beginning to end.
- Create content for social media accounts, local events, print publications, and online publications.
- Manage print, merchandise, and promotional vendors.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches.
- Co-manage social media accounts.
- Determine proper marketing avenues for each brand.
- Brainstorm and present new product and collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in marketing, advertising, and event planning.
- Project management skills with experience running projects across multiple brands.
- Cannabis experience or knowledge is ideal.
- Must a minimum of 3 years of design marketing and brand project management and/or retail marketing experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
