Summary: This position is the manufacturing of trusses for all types of buildings in a production type setting. Consistent work schedule of Monday-Friday, with daily overtime.

Requirements:
- Per safety regulations you MUST be 18 to apply.
- Must have a negative drug screening prior to hire and for all random selection tests following hire (this includes the testing for THC).
- Must be able to do some heavy lifting & take a strength physical

- Assist in the fabrication and construction of trusses, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Operate forklifts as needed to transport materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
