Overview
We are looking for energetic and friendly Boba Tea Barista Store Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, crafting tasty beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring our store runs smoothly. If you love coffee, tea, and creating memorable experiences for customers, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us!
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process sales transactions efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food handling and beverage preparation areas.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and give correct change while following cash handling procedures.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food preparation techniques to ensure high standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly.
Skills
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and beverage preparation techniques.
- Team player with a positive attitude who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve store goals.
