**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound cold calls/emails to prospective clients using a provided script.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads.
- Communicate product/service offerings and benefits effectively to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome rejection.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
