Avid Quality Care is looking for reliable, patience, and compassionate Caregivers to provide live-in support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you enjoy purposeful work and helping to improve the lives of others, then you will want to join our team as a caregiver! Avid Quality Care is based in Aubrey, Texas and operates group homes in Aubrey, Little Elm, and Sherman.
Live-In Caregiver (Group Home Manager) – Full-time. You live in the home.
Pay: $36,000–$38,000 per year
Caregiver- Weekends – Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday 4:00 PM. Stay in the home during your shift.
Pay: $300 per weekend
Transportation Staff- Flexible
–No guaranteed hours.
Pay: $11 per hour
Job Duties:

Stay in the home during your shift to provide supervision and support

Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and taking medication

Prepare meals and assist with special dietary needs

Drive residents to day programs or community activities

Keep the home clean by helping with chores and laundry

Plan and participate in recreational and daily activities

Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to supervisors

Complete daily notes and incident reports as needed

Respond calmly and appropriately in emergencies

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred)

Valid driver's license with a good driving record (preferred)
