Youth Sports Coach (Preschool & Elementary) – High Energy Required!
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location Ranges: Central Florida (Oviedo, UCF, Winter Springs, Longwood, Lake Nona & surrounding areas)

N Zone Sports is looking for an enthusiastic Youth Sports Coach to lead fun, high-energy sports classes for children ages 2–10 at preschools and elementary schools throughout Central Florida.
This isn't babysitting.
This isn't standing on the sidelines.

Our coaches are performers, teachers, motivators, and role models who create unforgettable experiences through sports.
Every class should feel like recess mixed with a pep rally!

WHAT YOU'LL BE COACHING:
Our weekly curriculum includes beginner-friendly instruction in sports such as:
- Soccer
- Basketball
- Flag Football
- T-Ball/Baseball
- Golf
- Volleyball
- Tennis
- Lacrosse
- Hockey
- Track & Field
- Kickball
- Dodgeball
- And More!
Don't worry—you don't need to be an expert in every sport.
We'll teach you our curriculum.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
Every week you'll travel to assigned schools where you'll lead exciting sports classes for groups of young children.
You will:
- Lead warmups that immediately grab kids' attention
- Teach beginner sports fundamentals
- Create an exciting, positive atmosphere
- Encourage every child
- Celebrate effort and improvement
- Adapt activities based on age and available space
- Communicate professionally with school staff
- Set up and pack away equipment
- Work alongside assistant coaches when scheduled
- Leave every class with kids asking, "When does Coach come back?"

SCHEDULE:
Most current classes are held:
Monday–Friday (Saturday options coming soon)
Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Class start/end times vary)
(Some afternoon opportunities are available and additional classes continue to be added.)
Each class typically lasts 25–45 minutes, with setup and cleanup before and after this time.
Most coaches currently work between 5–15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as we continue growing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with children is REQUIRED
- Experience coaching or playing sports is strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
- Positive attitude
- Able to lead groups confidently
- Comfortable being active outdoors
- Must pass a Level 2 Background Check (fingerprinting)
Applicants already possessing a current Level 2 Background Check will receive priority consideration.

- This position currently offers approximately 5–15 hours per week with opportunities to grow. Does this fit your availability?

- We have classes in the Central Florida regions stemming all the way North as far as SANFORD and as far South as LAKE NONA. Describe if this stretch of territory would be problematic for you, or not to drive to school locations for classes.
