Job Description:
Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL.
- Greets guests and scans tickets and / or escorts guests to their proper assigned seats.
- Acknowledges all guest-related issues and reports to Supervisor.
- Maintains a clean, safe & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the company's mission and values.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Employee must stand during entire shift.
- Occasionally must walk on stairs.
