- Machine precision industrial components from blueprints and work instructions
- Perform machine setups, offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Inspect parts throughout the machining process to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic equipment checks and preventative maintenance
- Work independently while maintaining safety, accuracy, and production expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on machining experience
- Strong setup experience, not just machine operation
- Manual machining experience required
- CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience required
- Ability to read prints and machine parts to tight tolerances
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- $30–$31/hr based on experience
- Day shift schedule
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No mandatory overtime
- Optional overtime available
- Full benefits package
- Stable, long-term opportunity
- Independent, hands-on machinist role
- Great fit for someone who wants ownership of their work
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced machinist who wants a steady day-shift role where their setup skills, manual machining background, and attention to detail are truly valued.
Apply today if you are a true machinist looking for a long-term opportunity.
