We are a fast-paced, high-volume vintage clothing business specializing in curated 90s and Y2K fashion, lingerie, and accessories. We process hundreds of unique vintage pieces every month and sell across multiple platforms. We are looking for an organized, creative, and energetic E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role
As our E-Commerce Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will touch every part of the product lifecycle—from the moment a vintage piece is prepped for the camera to the moment it ships out to the customer. If you have an eye for vintage fashion, love creating social media content, and thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Product Photography: Style, shoot, and edit clear, well-lit photos of vintage garments and accessories for our online storefronts (including platforms like eBay, Poshmark, and Depop).
Social Media Management: Create engaging, trend-focused content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Stories) highlighting our latest vintage drops, behind-the-scenes warehouse processes, and style inspiration.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring a high-quality unboxing experience.
Inventory & Listing Support: Assist in organizing the warehouse, tracking stock numbers, and preparing batches of clothing for daily uploads.
Requirements
understanding of social media trends, especially within the fashion and vintage communities.
An eye for detail when photographing items and inspecting garments.
Highly organized with the ability to manage high volumes of inventory efficiently.
Ability to work on-site at our Old Bridge office.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
