1.0 PURPOSE
· To ensure that the materials needed for product realization are identified, stocked and supplied to the production departments.
· To ensure that the company’s Quality Policy and that the requirements of the ISO 13485:2016 are maintained
2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITY
· Visually inspect the incoming raw material (packaging conditions)
· IQMS Transactions
· Store resins and concentrate in a designated area
· Air and Vacuum lines connected properly
· Log the raw material in the Receiving Log Book
· Clean air filters on dryers
· Keep inventory control on raw material
· Label and keep recycled material in a designated area to reduce the risk of mix-ups.
· Keep machines full of resin
· Maximize the use of mixing equipment such as Movacolors
· Lock out/tag out
· Grinder’s usage, safety and locking procedures
· Hose and clamps wear and tear procedure
· This position requires the ability to occasionally lift no more than 25 pounds.
3.0 DUTIES
· Verify the information of the material in the paperwork and the boxes and/or bags
· Label the incoming resins with the conforming or not conforming labels previously made per Q.A.
· Follow material instructions, drying time and drying temperatures
· Runner boxes and handling
· Ensure the Dryer hoppers are cleaned before filling them up with resin.
· Make resin mixes according to job specifications
· Label the dryers and runners containers of each of the jobs running with the appropriate labels and resin information
· Grind runners
· Keep working areas clean
· Maintenance of all equipment (grinders, fork lift)
· Keep records of all maintenance
· This position requires the ability to occasionally lift no more than 25 pounds.
· PPE must be worn when required such as back brace and steel toe shoes
· Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work place
· Deliver raw material to production department
· Perform other duties as required.
4.0 EDUCATION
· High school graduate or equivalent plus training in shipping operations
5.0 EXPERIENCE
· 1+ years of activity in injection molding plant
· 1+ years of experience with fork lift, or we will train the right candidate
6.0 PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
· The position requires a highly motivated individual working at an above average pace.

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
