American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring 2+ years of RN experience, Epic proficiency, and a NC or compact state license.

Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00

13-week contract

Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Epic EMR experience is mandatory

Current BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider)

Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Develops and implements individualized nursing care plans based on patient history, diagnostic results, and current condition

Collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care planning

All RNs must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed — candidates should prepare in advance as study materials are not provided by the facility

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
