Key Qualifications:
- Licenses: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written, verbal, and auditory communication
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and results-oriented
- Customer-Focused: Committed to exceptional service, with skills in customer engagement and needs assessment
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

Compensation: $34,000–$60,000 per year, including salary and performance-based commission
