Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman/Superintendent to lead our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including blueprint reading and project management. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety standards on-site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide work activities.
- Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
- Supervise construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address a Microsoft Projects for scheduling and Bluebeam for document management.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and relevant construction software (e.g., HeavyBid).
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Pay: $85,205.00 - $115,135.00 per year
