Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct interior detailing including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required.
- Assist with custodial duties to maintain overall cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in buffing and polishing techniques are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
