Position Summary:
Manage the daily operations of Inventory control and Purchasing Department to ensure that all material and service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, effective, and ethical manner. Provide oversight of all purchases in compliance with policies and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration of Purchasing operations.

Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.

Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored correctly.

Ensure Complex is in compliance with local and federal food safety regulations.

Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
-
Updates and distribute purchase price comparisons and sales statistics as required.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with supplies, vendors, GPO partners

Ensure the justification and approval of all requisitions submitted by other company departments.

Verify and enter all Purchase Orders (both ADACO and Non ADACO) and submit to Finance.

Partner with Operational leaders to source product and supplies consistent with the property financial and service expectations.

Assist Food & Beverage with large-volume purchases.

Verify and enter all requisitions on a daily or timely basis into the ADACO system.

Serve as a role model for Team Members by demonstration of positive action, behavior, attendance, work ethic, and guest service.

Ensure compliance with companywide and Purchasing Department policies and procedures.

Protect the confidentiality of company business information.

Enforce ethical practices in all dealings with company suppliers; monitor subordinates and companies that pursue improper practices.

Prepare and present operational reports to Senior Management as requested.

Responsible for the training and development of Team Members for succession planning.

Company is a twenty-four hour business that never closes. Team Members are expected to work as business demands dictate. This position must be on-premise with limited ability to work-from-home.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all external and internal customers and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

Be subject matter expert in ADACO purchasing software as Property Administrator.

Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.

Provide training and support for ADACO users.

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:

Maintain active ServSafe Certification.

Proficient in analyzing financial data, calculating costs, and understanding pricing structures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Accounting or business degree preferred, but applicable experience can substitute.

3-5 years of accounting experience is required.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
