At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven leaders. We're seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own strategic initiatives that make Amazon's North America stores the preferred shopping destination for Spanish and French-speaking customers.

This role requires understanding the complete customer journey to identify engineering and localization gaps across search relevance, product content, post-purchase support, and more—then driving solutions to address these pain points. You'll also envision innovative experiences leveraging AI/ML and generative AI technologies to deliver personalized, culturally relevant shopping experiences that delight our customers.
The ideal candidate is a proven, well-rounded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced retail environments. You'll lead both strategically and tactically, diving deep into business and technical domains to unlock opportunities and course-correct as needed. Success requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to influence across functional teams and senior leadership. You must possess the leadership presence and communication skills to drive meaningful change while working with global business and technology partners.
