Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, providing long-term leadership and oversight for multiple complex projects at Fort Lee Army Base and different project located at military bases. This leadership role provides overall technical, operational, and contractual oversight for multidisciplinary construction activities on a long-term federal program. The Program Manager will ensure compliance, quality control, safety, cost management, scheduling performance, and effective coordination with Government personnel. This position requires strong leadership, extensive construction expertise, and authority to represent and sign on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall program execution and provide strategic direction.
- Oversee planning and management of multidisciplinary construction activities.
- Direct subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Manage scheduling, cost control, submittals, and material coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.
- Support estimating, proposal development, and contract administration.
- Maintain effective communication with Government representatives.
- Serve as authorized company representative for contractual matters.
- Ensure assigned personnel are qualified, competent, and properly trained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government and or commercial construction and construction management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects per fiscal year, including development, negotiations, Task Order award, construction management, and administration.
- Experience managing large programs with significant annual project volume and total contract value.
- Extensive multidisciplinary knowledge of architectural, HVAC, electrical, civil/structural, fire protection, mass notification, force protection, plumbing, and environmental systems.
- Valid OSHA 30 certifications and required safety training (documentation required).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder due to the nature of work on a U.S. Army installation.
- Licensed Professional Engineer(PE) are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
