Job Title: LPN - LTC (Locals Only)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Type: Contract | 5 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Sunday, Monday, Friday
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting contract opportunity in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
Requirements
- Active New Mexico LPN License required
- Current BLS/CPR Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
- Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or related healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EMR/documentation systems preferred
- Understanding of infection control and patient safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
