Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team of caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personal care activities, companionship, and light housekeeping services to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, shaving, and grooming
Perform housekeeping activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathroom
Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and more
Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises and dementia care
Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
Qualifications and Skills:
Home Care Aide Registered with DPSS
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Pass a background check
Must live in or near South Bay area
