Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and assembly teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong leadership, quality control experience, and the ability to rotate across multiple departments to support operational needs.
- Pay: $25/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Saturdays as needed

What you'll do as: Manufacturing Supervisor
- Supervise daily production operations and workforce
- Lead, mentor, and coach production employees
- Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained
- Participate in daily production meetings and planning
- Rotate through different departments as needed
- Enforce safety, attendance, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency goals
Skills and Experience:
Preferred Candidate Has:
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or assembly environment)
- Quality Control experience required
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Manufacturing or assembly background
- Ability to work on the production floor and adapt to different departments
