Job Description:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor residents' health, observe symptoms, and document changes

Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals

Provide compassionate care and address residents’ needs promptly

Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans
Position Requirements:

Valid Hawaii LPN License

CPR certification
