Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 24 hours per week) with expansion to 32+ at some point
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour Base + 25% Service Upgrade Commission + 100% of Customer Tips (Target Effective Rate: $22.00 – $28.00+ per hour)
The Role
We are a growing, woman- and veteran-owned local service business seeking a motivated Field Service & Customer Experience Technician. This position combines active, moderate physical work with high-level customer service and a consultative approach to home care. You will operate independently in a company vehicle, execute premium carpet and upholstery cleanings using our specialized equipment, and actively interview homeowners to provide tailored product options and service upgrades designed to meet and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent Field Operations: Safely drive and manage a company vehicle to 3 to 4 residential or commercial appointments per day across the North Olympic Peninsula.
- Service Execution: Perform active, moderate physical work. This includes lifting, maneuvering, and operating our Counter Rotating Brush carpet cleaning machine (up to 50 lbs) up stairs and throughout residential homes and commercial businesses. Note: We do not move heavy furniture; only light items as necessary to complete the service.
- Consultative Customer Care: Act as the face of the company. Greet customers, interview them to thoroughly assess their specific cleaning needs, and confidently explain the Oxi Fresh process. You will provide product options (like surface protectants and specialty odor treatments) to ensure their expectations are exceeded. By successfully educating customers on these premium upgrades, you will maximize your paycheck through our commission program.
- Asset Management: Maintain meticulous care of the company van, cleaning equipment, and daily inventory.
- Administration: Ensure all job statuses, payments, and notes are accurately closed out daily via the Oxi Fresh mobile dispatch app.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (strictly required for commercial auto insurance).
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Dependable personal transportation to our operations hub.
- Smartphone with active internet access to operate the proprietary dispatch and scheduling app.
- Must maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance in accordance with the Oxi Fresh uniform policy.
