Job duties for Refrigeration Installer Technician:
-
Provide support to the installation team by completing tasks safely, promptly, accurately and professionally while following customer specifications, building codes and proper piping practices

Unload, move and set up walk-in boxes and display cases
-
Install refrigeration equipment and piping per project requirements under direction of a senior technician
-
Safely use hand and power tools, layout tools, vehicles, machinery and required PPE
-
Promptly escalate safety or quality concerns to senior technicians or project managers
-
Maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites, properly handling spare and waste materials
-
Assist and support senior technician and foreman with daily tasks and project needs
-
Weld and slip hose copper piping as part of construction support
-
Follow all policies and procedures in place
-
Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications Desired Skills for Refrigeration Installer Technician:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Safely operate basic hand, power and layout tools and, preferably, scissor lifts or forklifts

Follow jobsite safety rules, company policies, procedures and applicable state and federal laws

Work reliably and independently by being punctual, dependable and able to function with minimal supervision

Perform work in varied conditions including heights, extreme temperatures and noisy environments

Use basic computer tools including email, Word and Excel
-
Collaborate in a team environment and follow instructions from senior technicians
-
Maintain a valid license and good driving record
