Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children to grow and develop.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to incorporate physical education activities into daily lesson plans.
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and procedures.
- Proficiency in teaching basic math concepts to young children.
- Experience working in a daycare or similar childcare setting is a plus.
Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
Must be able to pass a back ground check
Paid Holidays, time off, and paid Summer off.
