We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season — with the chance to expand into additional financial services beyond tax season.
Job Description:
As a Tax Preparer, you will work as an independent contractor under a 70/30 commission split (70% to you). This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who are driven to build their own client base and want unlimited income potential during tax season and beyond.
Training & Support:
- Comprehensive tax training program available for just $99 (training runs through the end of December).
- Ongoing support, resources, and updates to ensure you are prepared for tax season.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the required tax preparer training.
- Prepare accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals.
- Market and promote your services to build and manage your own client base.
- Provide clients with information about additional services such as credit repair and funding options.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Stay up to date with tax laws and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- No prior tax preparation experience required — training is provided.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring in your own clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation:
- 70/30 commission split (you keep 70% of the fees you generate).
