Full job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcomes guest to our brewery and restaurant
-
Graciously escorts guests to their table, and provides menus to them, and give a tour of beverage book once seated
-
Coordinates the operation of the dining room during meal service periods, adjusting seating flow in such a manner as to balance guests among the various service stations
-
Takes all to-go orders and re-confirms to guest to ensure proper items are rung into the point of sale system
-
Answers telephone calls to the restaurant and take reservations
-
Manages merchandise and retail inventory

Performs open/ during/ and closing Host duties
-
Performs cashier duties as needed
Physical Demands:
-
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop
