The Client Service Consultant II is responsible for overall accountability for: client requests, leading projects, providing clients with alternative solutions, identifying possible plan design alternatives, acting as a liaison between the client and internal MetLife teams across the Northeast region. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate and act as a liaison to assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting.

Provides exceptional customer service to support ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction.

Participates in client account audits and strategic planning process and meetings.

Partners with Financial team in completion of client reports; analyzing results and identifying trends.

Leads and coordinates implementation of the addition of MetLife products on a basis.

Establishes and maintains client specific processes and reporting. Creates and maintains process manuals and client specific work instructions.

3–5 years of relevant business experience with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong project management skills including problem solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decisiveness.

Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of Group Benefits core products, particularly Life, Disability, Dental, and/or Absence management.

Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

College degree or higher education.
The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
