Found Gaming is a small, locally-owned retail store that specializes in video games (retro to new), consoles, trading cards (Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh), toys, action figures, and more.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. Knowledge of video games, trading cards, Funko Pops, or toys/action figures is a plus!
Hours of Availability
To provide our employees with a better work-life balance, full-time employees are normally scheduled for 10-hour days, with three days off per week.
Work schedule would be 4 days a week, Monday - Saturday: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM, Sundays off, with the option to choose your other days off.
Ability to occasionally work Sundays from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, discounts, promotions, and after-sale services
- Check out customers at register
- Restock and organize inventory
- Prepare trade-in estimates
- Prepare inventory for sale
- General cleaning
