Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer/maintenance people to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and tree care, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing.
Duties
- Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, pruning, edging/mulching, lawn and plant installation, etc.
- Assist in tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal when necessary.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for digging, building, and maintaining landscape features.
- Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment such as greasing, blade sharpening, minor repairs, some filter and fluid changes.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, as it will assist in the operation of various landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, tree care techniques, and snow removal processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks that require strength and stamina.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
