Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard
- Assist with new employee training through positive reinforcement
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to all associates.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude
- Develop positive relationships with shift team
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts including organizing store opening and closing duties
- Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures
- Utilize operational tools to achieve maximum operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work all shifts
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Constant standing and walking
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds independently and safely
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and fountain equipment usage
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain area
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
Uniform Requirements
- Hair must be worn up with a forward facing ballcap (provided by Andys)
- Only well maintained, short length, solid color, non-artificial nails are allowed.
- One ring is allowed, one earring in each ear. If wearing earlobe expanders, nude color only. The only facial piercings allowed are clear posts.
- Facial hair must be clean shaven before every shift (if applicable)
- No hand, face or neck tattoos, all other visible tattoos must be covered with arm sleeves, or tattoo specific makeup
- Shoes must be clean, lace up, non-slip athletic tennis shoes, of any color, no canvas material or high tops allowed
- Clean khaki pants or shorts with no stains or holes (pants only from November-February)
- Natural makeup is allowed
- No strong perfume/cologne
- Clean white undershirt with no logos, employment specific shirts are provided by Andy's
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
