Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cook/Barback to join our team in a fast-paced neighborhood bar environment. This is a combined position and responsibilities would include both front of house and back of house duties. We are a locally owned family business that is operated by hospitality industry veterans. We are growing and expanding quickly and the right candidate would be able to move up as available. The pay rate will have additional tip share added.
Responsibilities
- Food prep during service
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- stocking food, beer and liquor inventory
- washing dishes
- taking out trash
- assisting bartenders with ice, stock, trash, etc
- bussing tables
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and meal preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and an eagerness to learn about menu planning and food preparation processes.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.

Pay: $17.00 - $29.00 per hour
