Aqua-Tots Swim School in West Omaha is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hands-on Aquatic Manager to lead our swim-instruction team. This role is responsible for developing instructors, maintaining exceptional lesson quality, supporting families, and ensuring our pool environment is safe, welcoming, and consistent with the Aqua-Tots brand.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, train, schedule, and support swim instructors and aquatic staff.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality swim lessons that follow Aqua-Tots curriculum and safety standards.
- Conduct deck supervision, instructor assessments, co-teaching, and ongoing staff development.
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and hold aquatic staff accountable to performance and customer-service expectations.
- Build a positive, professional, and fun team culture.
- Support parent communication, address instructor or curriculum concerns, and help ensure an excellent family experience.
- Track student progress, in-water evaluations, and opportunities to help families find the right lesson level.
- Partner with the General Manager on schedules, enrollment needs, customer service, and sales goals.
- Ensure the pool, deck, pump room, and aquatic areas meet cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.
- Complete incident reports and respond appropriately to safety concerns.
- Assist with coverage when staffing needs arise, including teaching or deck supervision as needed.
- Lead aquatic staff meetings, in-service training, and team-development efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, aquatics, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Experience coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, professional, and engaging presence with staff and families.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm pool environment.
- Open availability, including weekends and some evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $18.50 - $29.10 per hour
