What you'll do
- Hunt for new business – Prospect restaurants and brick-and-mortar businesses in your territory, in person and through outreach.
- Book and run meetings with owners and decision-makers.
- Learn to close – Shadow senior reps, get weekly coaching, and progress from setting meetings to signing your own deals with a consultative approach.
- Build long-term relationships – Become a trusted advisor and key resource for your clients.
- Grow with a winning team – Today's SDR is next quarter's Account Executive or Sales Leader.
What we're looking for
- Hungry, self-motivated, and competitive – you take initiative and push for results.
- Great with people – you can strike up a conversation with anyone, from a chef to a franchise owner, and persuade with confidence.
- Coachable – you want feedback and you use it.
- Any hustle counts: retail, hospitality, restaurants, door-to-door, athletics, or previous sales. B2B or SaaS experience is a plus, not a must.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable – comfortable learning and selling AI-driven solutions.
- Reliable transportation and comfort being on the road in your local market.
