Job Description (include but are no limited to)
- Responsibly handle import/export shipment data and communicate with Oversea Agents, Customs Brokers, Clientele, etc.
- Arrange cargo/shipment movement internationally/within the U.S. for import/export
- Responsible for job duties including client management and communications
- Enthusiastically interact with others
- Cooperatively work in a team setting - including assisting our Customs brokerage team
- Ensuring excellent customer service, ensure correct & on time handling, filing and emails
- Achieving inbox zero
Qualification
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Must be bilingual (English & Korean)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic Computer skill sets - Excel, Outlook, Word
