Do you have a current job where you sit with empty appointments? Because of our strong client demand and our culture of hiring exceptional therapists our LMTs are booked 95% of their scheduled time. We also pay our LMTs for every no-show or late cancel.
At our spa our LMTs choose the number of hours they want to work each week, the length of their shifts, and the length of their breaks. Every massage therapist has different personal and financial needs so you can work as little as 10 hours per week - or as many as 40 hours - it's your choice.

* Hiring bonus of $1,500 paid after 60 days to LMTs scheduling 24 or more hands-on hours per week. Bonus is $750 if less than 24 hours but at least 14 hours.

Compensation:
Our full-time massage therapists (30-35 hours) make $75,000-$90,000 per year from base hourly + tips + bonuses/incentives. Hourly income, including average gratuities and incentives, ranges from $52-$58 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have completed the minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school as well as required classroom work. New graduates are welcomed!
- Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness.
- Be able to complete a background check with satisfactory results as a condition of employment.
- Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current massage license.
- Have knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities.
- Be able to perform consecutive 50 minute and 80 minutes massage therapy sessions
Communications and Personal Interactions:
- Have a strong customer service orientation.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers and management.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
