We are looking for motivated, dependable, and friendly individuals to join our team! This is a great opportunity for recent high school graduates or college students looking to gain professional experience and start a career in customer service and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer customer questions about insurance policies
- Accept payments and process transactions
- Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist customers with policy needs
- Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections
- Help with marketing and customer outreach when needed
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Make bank deposit runs
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to squat, bend, and move while taking vehicle photos
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- College students encouraged to apply
- No experience required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Must pass state licensing requirements
