Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results
- Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Prepare work areas by setting up necessary safety barriers and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of work site during and after each job, adhering to safety standards and environmental guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during high-elevation work or when handling cleaning chemicals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scissor lifts safely and confidently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and perform outdoor work for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites
- Willingness to learn safety procedures related to elevated work environments and equipment use
PAY: THIS IS STRICTLY PERFORMANCE PAY, direct commission from each job. looking for TALENT and willing to pay for it.
