Summary:Greet guests and/or visitors while providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer phone and route calls to the appropriate persons.

Collect, apply postage, and distribute mail for the entire MTO facility.

Greet visitors and maintaining building security.

Purchasing and Maintaining of all office supplies for the Mt. Olive Cafeteria(s)/Pantries.

Maintain company phone directory, departments, and employee birthdays

Assist on various office projects.

Manage and update the Gym sign in book
-
End of year file maintenance for various departments.

Assist departments on various special projects.

Assist in maintaining safety and security procedures

Coordinate catering for meetings and events

Maintain lobby features & décor

PM Day Porter Responsibilities (Pantry checks & clean up)

Pantry Inventory, Ordering & Vendor Contact Coordination

Coordinate Receptionist Calendar & vacation/days off coverage

Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001

Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows
Position Requirements:
Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or three to six months related experience and/or training.
Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Oracle I Procurement)
Preferred:
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
