What You’ll Do:
- Represent our company at shows, events, and retail locations throughout Washington DC / Baltimore Metro Area
- Transport, set up, and dismantle display equipment (tables, banners, signage, tents, etc.).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Engage with prospective customers and schedule free in-home estimates with a Lednor Home Solutions Consultant.
- Be the eyes and ears of the DC/Baltimore territory, reporting local trends and insights to marketing manager.
- Seek out additional event opportunities beyond scheduled shows, events, and retail programs.
- Support the hiring and training process for new lead generators.
- Provide hands-on training and serve as a role model for new team members.
- Assist the Regional Event Manager with various tasks outside of lead generation, including training sessions and administrative duties like payroll, reporting on a weekly basis.
- Create brand and product awareness by being friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic about Lednor Home Solutions.
- Set qualified homeowner appointments and consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.
- Deliver world-class service, handling every prospect with product knowledge, empathy, and professionalism.
- Communicate end-of-shift results and submit reports via email or text.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales, event marketing, lead generation , business development experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable interacting with the public.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken.
- Availability to work weekends and select weekdays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of setting up demonstration spaces.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
