Auto Body Damage Appraiser needed IMMEDIATLY.
Family owned and operated for 55+ years.
- 4 Day Work Week - MUST be able to work Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch and alternating Fridays with Appraiser Team
- Beginning salary based on experience, plus monthly Bonus Program based on Personal Gross Profit.
- REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED
- REQUIRED: minimum 3 years prior experience as an auto body collision estimator or insurance appraiser.
- REQUIRED: Damage analysis experience – suspension, hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and vandalism damage, unibody and frame damage.
- REQUIRED: Proficient in CCC Estimating and Management System
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Recommended: I-CAR education classes paid by shop upon employment
- Knowledge of Direct Repair Insurance Guidelines recommended with the top 10 insurance carries
- History of working independently without close supervision.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills along with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
