Starbucks Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of hourly and salaried employees to achieve sales goals, improve store appearance, and increase customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve their goals
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
Manage inventory, labor, and expense budgets to meet company goals
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborate with peers and district manager to share best practices and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
