Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Back of House (BOH) Management professional to lead and oversee all kitchen and operational functions within our bustling restaurant environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless food preparation, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, managing inventory control, and supervising kitchen staff. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and foster a positive team culture. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs and minimize shortages.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food safety practices, proper food handling, and culinary techniques to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours.
- Conduct staff training sessions on food service management, customer service excellence, and team leadership to develop a motivated workforce.
- Monitor profit and loss analysis to identify areas for operational improvement while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated supervising experience in restaurant management or food service management roles.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively; experience in team training & development is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
- Background in Breakfast and Lunch restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and manage shift operations efficiently.
