Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and repairing customer steel carts.
1st shift 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday with some Saturday work at times.
2nd shift 3 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday with some Saturday work at times. Shift differential will apply for 2nds shift
Responsibilities
- Operate welding equipment to weld, cut, bend, or straighten metal
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure project completion
-Must have great communication and be able to work independently
Requirements
- Proficiency in welding techniques Mig welding
- Must be able to read a measuring tape
-good quality work
-reliability and trustworthy
- Knowledge of calipers for precise measurements
- Familiarity with welding codes and standards
-attendance is a must
-Will be required to pass a weld test, drug screen and background check.
- 90 day probation period will apply for position to look at performance and attendance.
