We are seeking a motivated and dependable Junior Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting with the assembly, wiring, testing, and fabrication of specialized equipment and systems. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, has an interest in electrical systems, and is eager to learn new skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of electrical systems
- Perform point-to-point wiring and cable assembly tasks
- Assist in the assembly and population of circuit boards and electronic components
- Read and interpret basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Perform quality checks and testing on completed assemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support senior builders and technicians with various production and assembly activities
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed
Qualifications
- Interest in electrical systems
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and safe work practices
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques
- Experience with soldering is a plus
- Ability to read or learn to read electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform hands-on assembly work for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional equipment noise
