Responsibilities
As an Event Experience Associate, you will play an essential role in bringing our events to life by:
● Assisting with the setup, styling, and breakdown of luxury event rentals and interactive experience bars.
● Loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting event equipment and décor.
● Providing exceptional customer service while interacting with guests at our activation bars.
● Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked event stations throughout each event.
● Ensuring every display is visually appealing and meets EventsByAng’s quality standards.
● Working collaboratively with the event team to execute seamless event operations.
● Troubleshooting minor issues and adapting quickly in a fast-paced event environment.
● Following setup diagrams and event timelines with attention to detail.
● Representing the EventsByAng brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
● Assisting with inventory organization before and after events.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who are:
● Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests.
● Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
● Professional in appearance and communication.
● Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
● Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
● Able to stand and remain active for extended periods.
● Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
● Flexible and able to adapt to changing event needs.
● Team players who also work well independently.
● Possess reliable transportation to and from event locations.
Previous experience in hospitality, events, weddings, catering, retail, or customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
